仕事内容
Specific Responsibilities:
・This position reports to the Associate Director, Medical Affairs Inflammation, Japan.
・Primary responsibility is dual functionality for both field based and in-house based medical activities that include, but not limited to:
Field Activity
・Developing and establishing relationship with RA KOLs
・Creating and leading training programs of Rheumatology / Immunology in collaboration medical managers and other functions as appropriate are expected.
・Regular communication with KOLs including investigators for clinical trials, as appropriate to provide medical guidance for the clinical trials and more extensive background, additional data or answers to questions in response to issues that arise relative to commercial, scientific or data needs.
・Obtain insight in field from various information sources and provide to other members. The information must be integrated and analyzed to be concise and clear
求める学歴
・理系修士卒または薬学卒以上
・PhD取得者は尚可
求める経験
・メディカル業務経験、または研究開発のサイエンティフィックバックグランドをお持ちの方
※疾患領域経験は不問ですが、免疫（RA）領域経験をお持ちの方優遇
・Hands-on involvement is a must (effective use of external resources)
・ビジネスレベルの英語力
（論文読解は必須、WritingとSpeakingはキャッチアップ可能な方。）
・The individual must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills both in Japanese and in English along with excellent judgment and ability to work in a team environment. Strong presentation skills
are required.
ITスキル
・エクセル、ワード等、一定のPC Skillを持ち合わせていること。

1,200万円～1,900万円
